Groundwork have now started developing a new outdoor seating area for the café. We are currently looking for expressions of interest from local businesses interested in running the café. If you would like to receive further information regarding the opportunity please complete the form below. Please note: prior experience running a café is essential.

Rochdale Council have granted planning permission for an extension to the outdoor area adjacent to Denehurst House and for the creation of a new hardstanding area bounded by steel fencing. Works will begin shortly.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the opening of Denehurst House will be delayed, contractors will be required to carry out additional activity later in summer 2025
